Apprenticeships are genuine jobs that allow apprentices to obtain first-hand industry experience while both receiving a pay and studying for a recognized certificate at the conclusion of their programme.

As a Digital Marketing apprentice, you will have the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines, investigate different aspects of the marketing mix and develop your skills as a genuine digital marketing expert. A Digital Marketer’s primary responsibility is to develop, plan, build and deploy digital campaigns across various social media platforms in order to increase consumer acquisition, engagement and retention.

As a digital apprentice, you will be required to complete the following courses as part of your training:

  • Industry standard practical trainings (BT, Google, YouTube, etc.)
  • Principles of coding and web development\
  • Social media marketing, web metrics/analytics, search engine optimisation (SEO)
  • Video content creation, post production
  • Campaign management, creative strategy, monetisation
  • And many more.

After completing the apprenticeship, you will be eligible to join the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) as an Affiliate (Professional) member and/or the BCS as an Associate member (British Computer Society, Chartered Institute for IT).
